●Description of Change
■Silicon Labs is pleased to announce this Advanced Change Notification of an additional assembly and test-ship site UNISEM (M) BERHAD for Si4x6x (20-QFN-4x4) & Si4x5x (20-QFN-3x3) packages. This change is needed to increase capacity to ensure supply continuity.
■UNISEM Test will use the same testing equipment, hardware, and test programs used at the current production test site. Silicon Labs will qualify the new test site per our standard test transfer procedures.
■Both qualifications will be completed in January 2023.
■UNISEM is an existing qualified Assembly and Test-ship site for Silicon Labs and is certified to ISO9001, ISO14001 and IATF16949.
●Reason for Change: Additional Assembly and Test capacity for supply continuity
●Impact on Form, Fit, Function, Quality, Reliability: There is no change on form, fit, function, quality or reliability
