●Description and Purpose:
■Due to customers’ demand increase sharply of flat SMA device in PFC DEVICE CORP., our SMCMM manufacturing facility was qualified as second assembly site in September 2014.
■The current flat SMA devices are assembled by our Taiwanese subcontractor. Both sites are qualified and meet all PFC DEVICE CORP., quality standards. Each site utilizes its own qualified piece parts suppliers.
■With SMCMM qualification will increase PFC DEVICE CORP., capacity and capability to provide quality flat SMA package products to support all of customers' demand.
■There will be no changes in device functionality. Flat SMA devices produced in SMCMM will continue to meet device parameters specified in the Data sheets and continue to meet or exceed PFC DEVICE CORP., reliability standards.
●Product Affected:
■This change has no impact on the electrical performance.

■PFC DEVICE CORP. will consider this change approved unless specific conditions of acceptance are provided in writing within 30 days of receipt of this notice.
●Time Schedule:
■Switch over from 1st November’ 2014 PFC will start to provide flat SMA package by own assembly site.
