■Initial situation
●Articles on Section 5 were provided in the past with LP connectors. Furthermore,they were delivered with Dekafix.
●Dekafix is the universal marker for terminals, plug-in connectors and electronic modules from the Weidmüller product range. It lies flush in the marker channel in the form of a card.(see detail)
■Technical change
●Based on continuous improvement the LP connectors with Dekafix will be replaced by LL with pad printing technology.
●Furthermore, to fulfill with UL approvals, product label has been changed to include the UL logo with its file number and the appropriate UL rated values.
■Reason for change
●Obsolescence of LP connector range and addition of UL-recognized approvals({)on the label for these products, making each interface UL recognized.
■Availability
●Current products in stock still have old connectors. Since today new productions will be with new modifications detailed above.This will be reflected on its KKZ or compatibility indicator which will be increased. As time goes on, products with old compatibility codes will decrease until end of stock following a FIFO process.FIFO stands for First in –First out in our stock locations// in our stock-warehouses
