●Over the course of the past few year’s our industry has experienced significant cost increases in materials along with overall inflationary pressures that impact business.
●Although Eaton has been able to absorb a majority of these increases, additional help is needed to partially offset these costs and keep product flowing in a timely manner.
●This letter is to notify you that effective June 1st, 2022, Eaton’s Electronics Division will implement a unit cost increase on Supercapacitor Coin Cells of 10%. Orders placed and shipped prior to June 1st, 2022 will be billed at the current prices. Eaton retains the right to limit order quantities based on historical ordering patterns.
●All orders in our backlog, regardless of order placement date, will be adjusted to the new pricing. All active Special Pricing Agreements and active quotations, regardless of prior effectivity dates will be assessed a similar increase.
