Additional package supplier as alternative source for the affected part numbers. Parts manufactured by the additional supplier have the following characteristics:
●The external PDFN leads differ in shapeat the edge. The Drain, Source and Gate leads narrow in width towards the outside edges of the package.This does not change there commended PCB footprint.
●The Tape and Reel dimensions are slightly different and the horizontal and vertical tolerances for drive-pin to pocket center increase from +/-0.05 to +/-0.1mm.
This is noted on the revised datasheet.The above are minor differences that do not affect form, fit or function. The devices are considered a drop-in replacement of the existing package.
