●Subject: Data Sheet Specification Change for Intersil Product ISL51002CQZ*
●This advisory is to inform you that Intersil has updated the data sheet specification for the listed ISL51002CQZ* products. The updates change the features of the input multiplexer from 4-channel to 3-channnel operation which aligns with the characteristics of the product. An anomaly was observed with CH3 when simultaneously driving CH1 and CH3 with different video signals resulting in a logic decoding error shorting Green CH1 and Green CH3 together and also Blue CH1 and Blue CH3, thus making CH3 inoperable. As such, all references to the fourth channel (CH3) have been removed from the data sheet.

●There have been no changes made to the die/silicon or device itself so there will be no impact to any existing working applications currently using this device. There will be no change in external marking of the packaged parts.
