■Description of Change:
●This is to inform you that Renesas will change Moisture Sensitive Level One (MSL1) packing from No Moisture Carrier Bag (MBB) to MBB with desiccants and Humidity Indicator Card (HIC) for listed Renesas Products. Impacted products will be vacuum sealed, labelled and shipped as MSL1 with MBB, desiccants, and HIC. See Appendix A.
■Reason for Change:
●Change of Moisture Sensitivity Level One (MSL1) packing according to product and process’s capability from Renesas.
■Impact on fit, form, function, quality & reliability:
●There is no impact on the form, fit, function, quality, reliability, and environmental compliance of the devices.
