■Due to a supply chain delay of a raw material used in the manufacturing of CU6700 bonding materials, it is necessary for us to temporarily extend lead times. This delay only impacts the 0.0015” thickness of this product. Currently, we are expecting material delays through July 1, 2024. As of now, we believe this to be an isolated delay, with lead times returning to the standard 15 days upon receipt of raw materials.
■All possible avenues for expediting will continue to be employed with this supplier. If our supplier can improve on their current commitment, we will bring lead times down more rapidly.
■Many existing orders will also be affected by the raw material outage. Our Customer Service and Planning teams are working to identify and communicate expected recovery dates for orders that are impacted.
■Due to this outage and the extended supplier lead times, we have reevaluated our safety stock levels to ensure a more robust supply chain for future orders. If possible, we request that you share your forecast information with us. This collaborative effort will enable us to make more informed and effective decisions.
