●DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE：
■This PCN is being issued to notify customers that in order to assure continuity of supply, Diodes Incorporated has qualified Diodes internal BCD (Shanghai) Micro-Electronics Limited (SFAB2) in Shanghai China, Diodes Internal Shanghai SIM-BCD Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd. in Shanghai China (SFAB1), or CSMC Technologies Corporation in Wuxi China as the additional wafer source for select part numbers listed in tables below.
■Full electrical characterization and high reliability testing has been completed on representative part numbers to ensure there is no change to device functionality or electrical specifications in the datasheet. Refer to the attached qualification / reliability report (embedded in this file).
■There will be no change to the Form, Fit, or Function of products affected.
