■为提高产品性能，同时适应市场发展, SMBG 封装 TVS 系列产品现作如下变更:
▲产品由 A 封装厂变更为 B 封装厂;
▲原两片式框架新增三片式框架 (clip工艺)，同时针对 clip 工艺产品印字增加追溯码
◆变更后产品良率达标，电性参数能满足规格书需求，封装外形尺寸无差异，可靠性通过。
■To improve product performance and adapt to market development, SMBG Package TVS Series Products now changed as follows:
▲The products are changed from factory A to factory В;
▲The original two-piece frame has been upgraded to three-piece frame (clip process), and traceability codes have been added to the printed words on clip process products.
◆After the changes, the product yield has met the standard, and the electrical parameters are in line with specifications. The package dimensions remain unchanged, and reliability has been verified.
