●Notification Description (Including Extent, Reason)
■The 3x3 mm 16 ld and 4x4 mm 20ld package will be provided in two package configurations as a result of adding a second manufacturing subcon. Both configurations are fully interchangeable. SMDI 3x3 mm 16 ld and 4x4 mm 20ld products may be shipped in either one of the package configurations and the package configuration is not optional. Minor differences in package appearance and dimensions are shown in figures 1 & 2.
■Both package configurations are fully compliant to JEDEC MO-220, QFN guidelines. There is no performance or reliability impact from this design change. Configurations are interchangeable
