■Description of Change:
●Silicon Labs is pleased to announce the datasheet v4.2 for RS9113 family modules.
●Notable changes from previous revisions are:
◆Removed ZigBee support.
◆Removed driver support for Android and Windows.
◆Updated Regulatory specifications, certifications, and ordering information to include UKCA compliance.
●Silicon Labs announces marking update for new regulatory certification/compliance in UK for RS9113 family modules. Silicon Labs will add the new UKCA marking on the affected OPNs in order to meet the UK regulatory certification/compliance.
■Reason for Change:
●Datasheet and marking update to add new UKCA marking.
■Impact on Form, Fit, Function, Quality, Reliability:
●ZigBee protocol is not available and driver support for Android and Windows is not available. Fit, function, quality and reliability are not impacted. Marking is changed as listed in the description.
