■Due to product maintenance and to assure longevity of the TMC262 we moved the TMC262 driver ICs to a new process technology.
▲Revision field of IC label changes to “C”. (TMC262 to TMC262C)
▲Enhanced robustness according to power-up/-down in mixed-voltage systems
▲CMOS input levels are increased with 5V VCC_IO level to increase noise rejection
▲Increased VCC_IO supply current, 100nF Capacitor on VCC_IO near IC is mandatory
▲internal P-MOS drive level increased for reducing of power dissipation of driver FETs
▲Reduced power dissipation of internal circuitry

■The new revision TMC262C of the TMC260 is fully compatible. Notes on hardware compatibility:
