■At the beginning of each month the following process will be followed and the copper surcharge adjusted according to the table in Appendix B:
◆On the first business day of every month, the Cash Offer(US$ / Tonne) rate for the priorMonthlyAveragewill be used to determine the appropriate copper surcharge.
◆Customers will receive a monthly quotation for the surcharge, valid until the 5th working day of the following month.
