●due to the previously discussed supply chain situation relating to the Littelfuse Ignition IGBTs products, we are unfortunately forced to inform you that these products will no longer available from February 1st 2023. We hereby declare an unavoidable product discontinuation for all Ignition IGBTs products, these are shown below in Table 1 in in due time beginning February 1st 2023.
●In addition, through no fault of Littelfuse, the current market situation has caused a dramatic increase in the lead times of the mentioned products. The lead time for all our Ignition IGBTs is currently at a minimum of 54 weeks.
●Last-Time-Buy (LTB) quantities should be communicated to Littelfuse no later than February 28th, 2022. These LTB quantities have to match the current capacity and lead time of these products. The Last-Shipment-Date (LSD) is February 28th, 2023.
