■This notice is to inform you that Intersil has revised the data sheet electrical specification and implemented design (mask) changes for the listed ISL28113*, ISL28213*, and ISL28413* products. The data sheet specification has been revised to include changes in the VOS (Input Offset Voltage) and TCVOS (Input Offset Voltage Temperature Coefficient) limits and the design (mask) updates correct DRC (Design Rule Check) errors.
