■To facilitate the manufacturing change of these products requires a slight increase to the maximum Input Voltage Drop (VF) manufacturing test limit to conform to the 1.5V upper limit stated in the data sheet.
■Because the modified production test threshold continues to ensure compliance with the guaranteed parameters specified in the most recent revisions of the datasheets, the change does not introduce any form, fit or functional changes to the devices.
■The forward voltage (VF) test limit adjustment is necessary to ensure the security of supply due to high demand for these products.
■This change is effective immediately.
