●Description of Change
■Silicon Labs is pleased to announce the successful qualification of ASE Chung-Li as an additional probe site for EFM8SB10 automotive parts.
■ASE Chung-Li is an existing test supplier for Silicon Labs, certified and registered to ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO/TS16949.
■The new probe site address for ASE Chung-Li is:
◆No. 550, Chung-Hwa Road, Section 1,
◆Chung-Li, 320,
◆Taiwan, R.O.C
■Upon effective of this PCN, Silicon Labs will consider KYEC and ASECL as qualified probe sites for these product families.
●Reason for Change: Probe and test capacity expansion for continuity of supply
●Impact on Form, Fit, Function, Quality, Reliability: There is no impact on form, fit, function, quality, and reliability. The devices probed at ASECL will comply with Silicon Labs' relevant datasheets and quality levels.
