Description of Change:
●PSI Technologies is moving facilities from Calamba Laguna to Binan Laguna facility which is owned by its parent company IMI- Integrated Micro-Electronics Inc.
●Full electrical characterization and high reliability testing has been completed on representative part numbers to ensure there is no change to device functionality or electrical specifications in the datasheet. Qualification / reliability plan and report are included with the Final PCN.
●The move is expected to be completed in December 2021.
●Products with date code P2140 and later may be built in the IMI facility.
●Reliability results are available. There is no change to the Form, Fit, or Function of products affected.
