●Alternate RDL Pad Plating facility of the listed Renesas WFQFN and TQFN packaged products

●This notice is to inform you that Nepes Corporation announced cease of Redistribution Layer (RDL) Pad Plating operations, that is currently part of the wafer fabrication process flow. As such, Renesas Electronics Americas Inc. (REA) will begin to use Greatek as alternate RDL Pad Plating of the listed Renesas WFQFN (Wettable Flank Quad Flat No Lead) and TQFN (Thin Quad Flat No Lead) packaged products.
■Reason for Change:
●The qualification plan follows JEDEC and other applicable industry standards to confirm there is no impact to form, fit, function or interchangeability of the product. Qualification result is included for reference. Refer Appendix B.
■Impact on fit, form, function, quality & reliability:
●The change will have no impact on the form, fit, function, quality, reliability and environmental compliance of the devices.
