■Silicon Labs is pleased to announce the release of datasheet version 1.3 for EFR32ZG13, EFR32ZG13L and EFR32ZG13S devices.
■Notable changes from previous revisions are:
◆Updated 3.6.3 Real Time Counter and Calendar (RTCC) to remove AUXHFRCO as a clock source.
◆Added timing specifications for RESETn low time and clarified VIL and VIH logic levels for RESETn pins in Table 4.25 General-Purpose I/O (GPIO) on page 52.
◆Removed BIASPROG = 1, FULLBIAS = 0 specifications from Table 4.28 Analog Comparator (ACMP) on page 57.
◆Added a note to Table 7.2 QFN48 PCB Land Pattern Dimensions on page 140 and Table 8.2 RQFN32 PCB Land Pattern Dimensions on page 145. (EFR32ZG13 only)
◆Removed all references to RFSENSE.
◆Removed references to BOOT_TX and BOOT_RX
