■Silicon Labs is pleased to announce the release of datasheet v1.2 for EFR32FG23 and EFR32ZG23, and v1.1 for EFM32PG23 devices.
■Summary of the changes
▲Updated HCLK and SYSCLK frequency specification for "VSCALE1" test conditions.
▲Updated RF Receiver Characteristics tables
◆For FG23 - Added sensitivity specifications for the new test conditions for 920 MHz band
◆For ZG23 - Corrected test condition for SPURRX from "1 GHz to 12 GHz" to "1 GHz to 6 GHz" for 868 MHz band (Z-Wave)
◆Minor updates to the parameters, symbols and test conditions
▲Updated High Frequency RC Oscillator (HFRCO) table to add new test condition for Band Frequency Limit spec
▲Updated Analog to Digital Converter (IADC) table to correct test conditions for Gain Error spec
