●In order to ensure the continuous improvement and the reinforcement of the Dragster supply chain, ams intends to transfer the final testing to our Subcontractor.
●To improve the testing method, and to have more details of the sensors included in the logging, a new label design has also been implemented.
●The label is of dimension 11 mm X 5 mm and features a QR code.
●On the label is printed the following information:
■ams final article number
■batch ID from assembly house
■sensor serial number.
●This label will be located on the front side of the sensor.
●With this update, ams has the clear objective to create a more robust, efficient and quality driven Dragster supply chain, supporting the customers’ quality and forecast expectations.
●Implementation date and schedule: ams expects to be able to implement this change in Q1/2019
