■I am pleased to announce that over the coming months, we will consolidate and transfer all power modules housed in E2 and E3 packages from our Back End facility in Germany to our OSAT(1)facility located in Philipines.
■Littelfuse is already using this Outsourced facility for various power modules assemblies including products housed in the E2 and E3 packages already. This time we will transfer all remaining parts in E2 and E3 packages that are made in the Germany facility yet.
■We will also take this opportunity to migrate all assembly and test planning ERP management to our SAP system.
■Our clear focus being to bring high levels of service to our customers and quality products to support future growth of the power semiconductor business.
■All E2 and E3 products part numbers associated to this relocation are listed in the appendix.
■As a valued customer, we are providing this advanced notification to help facilitate a smooth transition of your business to the new facility.
■We are currently running process validation, line qualification and product qualification with a target view to issuing the PCN by end of May 2023 and the initial ramp up by the end of June2023.
●Due to PCN limited 30days timeframe for acceptance, we urge your early attention to this matter to anticipate any question or sample needs you may have or need for the PCN acceptance.
■PCN will list of the different test and qualification that have been done to release the listed products to this assembly line and the main changes, if any, with current production.
