●Subject: Data Sheet Specification Change for Intersil ISL78010* Product
●This advisory is to inform you that Intersil has updated the data sheet specification for the listed ISL78010* products. The updates consist of the following:
■The Thermal Information section on sheet 2 has been updated to include references to θJA with a value of 71°C/W and θJC with a value of 25°C/W.
■The Package Power Dissipation vs. Ambient Temperature information in figure 19 on sheet 7 was changed to reflect operation with a θJA value of 71°C/W instead of the previously indicated 66°C/W.
■The Fault Protection section on sheet 15 and 17 has been updated to clarify device operation.

●There will be no change in external marking of the packaged parts. There have been no changes made to the silicon or device itself.
