●herewith we inform you that Melexis intends to stop production of the above-mentioned products due to considerable additional price increases from suppliers. That is why we are forced to increase our distributor’s price. Anticipating a drop in demand we initiate the EOL procedure:
◆leadtime will be increased to 20 weeks: SSD's will be scheduled according to historical forecast with a minimum of 20 weeks after PO.
◆price increase as of Sep 1st 2022 according to the price table in appendix
◆LTB: To prepare a ramp-down scenario, Melexis will still accept orders of above mentioned products till 31-AUG-2022. By then we expect a final all-time buy order for delivery until 31-AUG-2023. Hence, we are providing you an 18 months transition period.
●This order will be non-cancelable and non-returnable. The current unit price, payment terms and shipment terms remain applicable.
