■Description of Change:
●This revised notice is to correct the new substrate supplier from UMTC, Taiwan to Nanya, Taiwan.
●Renesas will transfer package CABGA-52 from current Amkor, Korea to Amkor, Philippines as a result of Amkor, Korea will be discontinuing the assembly manufacturing process on this package type.
●The material sets of the current and the new assembly location are as shown in the below table. There will be no change in wire type, foot print as well as moisture sensitive level as a result of this change.
●The substrate material supplier will be changed as the existing substrate supplier, SEMCO is EOL the substrate design too
■Reason for Change:
●The current Assembly location, Amkor Korea is discontinuing the manufacturing process of the said package and substrate supplier EOL the substrate design.
■Impact on Fit, Form, Function, Quality & Reliability:
●The change will have no impact on the form, fit, function, quality, reliability and environmental compliance of the products
