Riverside, California – December 22, 2021 – In the spirit of continuous improvement, effective January 1, 2022, Bourns will change the design of the package tape carrier for the Model SRN4018 Series Semi-shielded Power Inductors. The design change will include strengthening ribs to the carrier pocket to better protect the contained component from damage during freight transit and handling. The modification also includes a longer tape leader and a slightly deeper carrier pocket. A list of affected part numbers follows.
