■Description of Change:
●Datasheet update to correct errors in the X-Y die layout coordinates for PVIN3, PGND3, PVIN8, and PGND8 listed in Table 2.
■Reason for Change:
●The change corrects the X-Y coordinates associated with PVIN3, PGND3, PVIN8 and PGND8 on table 2 of the datasheet (figures 2 and 3 below). In addition, the die layout and pin names have been updated to clarify the pin names and location on the die. Details regarding the change are contained in appendix A of this notice.
●The table is not included in the SMD, therefore, no update of SMD is required.
■Impact on fit, form, function, quality & reliability:
●The change will have no impact on the form, fit, function, quality, reliability and environmental compliance of the devices.
■Product Identification:
●There have been no changes to the die/silicon or product itself. There will be no change in the external marking, the changes are corrections to the datasheet only.
