●Silicon Labs is pleased to announce the release of datasheet version 1.4 for the Si115x devices.
●The datasheet is updated to revision 1.4 because IDD Standby Mode did not include the RTC on. This specification is needed for accurate average IDD calculations for autonomous mode. Fixed MEASRATE from 16-bit to 12-bit to address that Internal firmware counter has always been a 12-bit field. Use of MEASCOUNT != 1 not recommended, values of MEASCOUNT != 1 does not result in the expected sample period.
