●As part of our product lifecycle management process, Bel Power Solutions & Protection provides notification when a product has reached End-Of-Life (EOL) status. EOL decisions are based on our review of material availability, historical unit shipment volume and product revenue performance. Products designated for End-Of-Life will be available for a last time buy purchase prior to being made obsolete. The products identified for inclusion into our Last Time Buy Program are listed within this document in the adjoining tab.
●Last time buy orders will be accepted in accordance with the dates noted in this document, along with the final date on which Bel Power Solutions & Protection will be able to ship product. After the indicated dates, the affected products will be considered obsolete and no additional deliveries will be available.
●In addition, engineering support for these products, including bug fixes of any kind and integration of bug fixes, will end one year after the last date for last time buy orders. After this date, Bel Power Solutions & Protection's technical assistance will be limited only to providing migration advice to those customers migrating to replacement products.
●Acceptance of last time buy orders is subject to product availability and at the discretion of Bel Power Solutions & Protection. Every effort will be made to fulfill these orders. Purchase orders for these products will be considered Non-Cancelable, Non-Returnable (NCNR).
