This advisory is to inform you that Intersil has updated the data sheet specification for the ISL8200MMREP and ISL8200MMREP-T products. The update includes changes to the reflow profile only. The changes include differences in the dwell time at peak temperature; peak temperature and the slow ramp soak duration. The old and new reflow profiles are contained on the following pages. There have been no changes to the electrical specifications table in the data sheet. There have been no changes made to the die/silicon or device itself. There will be no change in external marking of the packaged parts.
