●Please be advised that, as part of our continuous improvement programme, we will be changing the passivation process used on our aluminium spacers. We will change from a gold chromate passivation to a non-chromate passivation process. The new process is an environmentally friendly surface treatment, that is RoHS and REACH compliant.
●The part numbers affected are:
■R30-620xx14 - all Sizes (XX = 03 to 18 inclusive, 20, 25, 30)

■R2320F14
●The change can be observed in a difference of the colour of the passivated surface. The existing process gives the parts a dull gold appearance. The new process will give the parts a clear aluminium appearance, but remains fit for purpose. On that basis, returns on the basis of colour will not be authorised.
