The NetModule Router Software (NRSW) version V4.1 and V4.2 have reached the End of Support and Repair(ESR) lifecycle state. The last version of V4.1 branch was released 19th March 2021 (NRSW 4.1.0.113). The last version of V4.2 branch was released 17th July 2019 (NRSW 4.2.0.105).
Therefore, NetModule will no longer offer updates, support and maintenance services for V4.1 and V4.2 (after above mentioned release dates) as part of our standard terms and conditions. We recommend our customers to update to a newer NRSW version. For customers who cannot update,we offer a Service Level Agreement (SLA) to ensure ongoing software maintenance.
