Description of Change: Renesas is eliminating Cold Temperature -45°C ATE testing in Production for P9260-10. With this, the test flow will change from 3 insertions to 2 insertions with a tighter limits in the Room Temperature ATE program, which has been validated to have screened out the Cold Temperature ATE failures effectively. The limits are calculated based on high volume production data.
