●Description of Change:
■This notification is to advise our customers that Renesas is adding CRSS, Malaysia as an alternate assembly location in addition to the current assembly location at ASEC, Taiwan. Presently, CRSS Malaysia is the qualified assembly location for Renesas. The material sets of the current and the alternate assembly locations are as shown in the below table.
■No change in moisture sensitive level as a result of this change.
