●DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE：
■This PCN is being issued to notify customers that in order to improve product manufacturability, Diodes Incorporated has qualified the addition of a passivation layer over the top metal of the die for select BJT products.
■Full electrical characterization and reliability testing has been completed on representative part numbers built with the additional passivation layer to ensure there is no change to product reliability, device functionality or electrical specifications in the datasheet. Refer to the attached qualification / reliability report (embedded in this file).
■There will be no change to the Form, Fit, or Function of affected products.
