●Subject: Data Sheet Specification Change for Intersil X60003* Products
●This advisory is to inform you that Intersil has updated the data sheet specification for the listed X60003* products. The updates consist of the following:
■Added a Thermal Information Section with a θJA of 202.7°C/W on sheet 3.
■Added Note 2 regarding post-reflow output voltage drift on sheet 3.
■The Long Term Stability parameter was updated to include a reference to Note 5, changed the typical value from 10ppm to 50ppm for the X60003-41, and changed the typical value from 10ppm to 45ppm for the X60003-50.
■Added a paragraph titled Board Assembly Considerations on sheet 10 that addresses concerns with output voltage drift due to the device being exposed to excessive heat or extended temperatures during board mount operation and post assembly x-ray inspection.
■Added a paragraph titles Special Applications Considerations on sheet 11 that addresses concerns with exposure to x-ray sources such as airport screening machines.
