Description of Change:Some EFR32FG23 devices will fail to lock to the correct RF frequency at high operating temperatures. This issue has been resolved in Gecko SDK v4.0.0. Customers should use the firmware provided in Gecko SDK v4.0.0 or later to ensure proper TX/RX operation at high operating temperatures.
