■Description of Change:
●Because the Trim & Form system of lead frame will be out of service, the assembly machine is needed to change. The layout of lead frame and package outline will be changed by out of service the assembly machine. No change for booking part number for the changing. Please see below table about the changing points.
■Reason for Change:
●Due to out of service of assembly equipment, it is necessary to change the equipment. It will lead to changes in the layout of lead frame and package outline.
■Impact on Fit, Form, Function, Quality & Reliability:
●Fit: E-pin and chamfer size is different. Form: None, Function: None, Quality & Reliability: No impact
