●By further discussion with LAPIS, for products that partial process are being doneby LAPIS,we have come to an agreementon extending the production for one more year for those products, until March 2026.

●Please refer to those products which the last shipment will be March 2025 and March 2026 on the attachment list.

●We will continue to do our best to ensure that there will be no blank period in your production.
