■Due to a manufacturing issue affecting the production of RT/duroid 6010.2LM laminates, it is necessary for us to temporarily extend lead times to 50 days. This issue does not impact any other products or product families. We are expecting this problem to be resolved by the end of March, 2024. All avenues for improving this timeline are being explored. Manufacturing teams are already planning to work overtime to speed the recovery as the issue is resolved.
■Some existing orders will also be affected by the manufacturing issue. Our Customer Service and Planning teams are working to identify and communicate expected recovery dates for orders that are impacted.
■Because this product is frequently supplied into Aerospace and Defense applications, we want to ensure our customer service representatives are aware of any DX or DO ratings. If these ratings are provided, it will weigh into our prioritization and late order recovery efforts.
