●Description of Change: Product Discontinuation Notice for all affected part numbers
●Reason for Change: Wafer Fab for the affected products has notified to shut down their Fab process lines due to very low demands taking up their wafer capacity for other high demand products
●This letter provides Product Discontinue notification for 64Mb (4Mx16) and 128Mb (8Mx16) CellularRAM AD-MUX Low Power PSEUDO SRAM product part numbers “AS1C4M16PL-70BIN, AS1C4M16PL-70BINTR, AS1C8M16PL-70BIN & AS1C8M16PL-70BINTR” due to Wafer Fab shutdown notification caused by very low demands and poor fab process line utilization.
●Due to circumstances beyond our control, we regret notifying Product discontinuation for affected products. We regret to inform that there are no Alternatives to propose for the affected product part numbers.
●The delivery deadline or last time ship date is April 30th , 2025 with effective immediate last time buy (LTB) deadline on October 31st , 2024. We urge customers to place Non-Cancellable, Non-Reschedulable (“NCNR”) Last-Time Buy Orders of the affected product(s) by October 31st 2024.
